Secure payments,
clear terms.
Accepted payment methods, billing, refunds, and how we protect your transactions.
This Payment Policy explains how PixerPrint accepts, processes, secures, and refunds payments for custom print orders placed through our website and corporate accounts. Last updated: July 2026. All prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written B2B contract. This policy should be read with our Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, Returns Policy, and GST and Invoicing Policy. By placing an order and completing payment, you agree to the terms described here.
When payment is required
PixerPrint operates on a prepayment model for standard online orders. Payment is required after you configure your product, upload artwork, and approve your digital proof — or at checkout if your product workflow captures payment before proof in specific flows. An order is not confirmed and does not enter production until payment is successfully received or authorised according to the payment method used. Unpaid or failed payments do not create binding orders. Corporate customers with approved credit terms or purchase order arrangements may follow separate billing cycles documented in their account agreement.
Accepted payment methods
We accept payment methods commonly used for e-commerce in India through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and other networks supported by our gateway.
- UPI: payments through UPI apps and QR codes where enabled at checkout.
- Net banking: major Indian banks supported by our payment processor.
- Digital wallets: popular wallets integrated with our gateway partner.
- Corporate bank transfer and NEFT/RTGS: available for approved B2B accounts by arrangement.
- Purchase orders: for pre-approved corporate accounts with agreed credit terms.
Available methods may vary by order value, risk assessment, device, and gateway maintenance. We do not accept cash on delivery for standard custom print orders because production begins after proof approval and payment confirmation. We do not accept international cards for domestic INR checkout unless gateway configuration permits; export orders follow separate agreements.
Payment security
Payment card and banking details are entered on secure pages hosted or tokenised by our payment gateway partners. PixerPrint does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI PINs on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit between your browser and our systems. Our gateways comply with PCI-DSS requirements for card data handling. Fraud detection tools analyse transactions for suspicious patterns; legitimate orders may occasionally require additional verification. Never share OTPs, passwords, or card details with PixerPrint staff — we will never ask for them. Report suspected phishing impersonating PixerPrint immediately to hello@pixerprint.com.
Pricing and charges at checkout
Checkout displays itemised pricing: product subtotal, finishing options, quantity, shipping charges, applicable discounts or coupon reductions, GST (CGST/SGST or IGST as applicable), and total payable amount. The total shown before you confirm payment is the amount charged. Hidden fees are not added after payment. Shipping charges depend on weight, dimensions, destination PIN code, and service level selected. GST is calculated based on product classification and place of supply. B2B customers entering a valid GSTIN receive tax invoices in their business name per our GST and Invoicing Policy. Pricing errors discovered before production may result in order cancellation and full refund with notification; we honour confirmed paid prices except for manifest errors giving rise to no reasonable customer expectation.
Payment confirmation
Upon successful payment, you receive an order confirmation email with order number, summary of specifications, and payment reference. Your account order history shows payment status as paid. Failed or pending payments show accordingly and do not trigger production. If payment succeeds but confirmation is delayed due to technical issues, contact support with bank or UPI transaction reference; we reconcile with gateway settlement records within one to two business days. Duplicate payments for the same order — rare system or user errors — are identified during reconciliation and refunded for the duplicate amount.
Failed and declined payments
Payments may fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, bank declines, UPI timeouts, network errors, or fraud prevention blocks. Failed payments do not place orders. You may retry with the same or different payment method. Repeated failures may trigger temporary holds requiring support verification to prevent fraud. If your account was debited but order confirmation was not received — a "pending" or "failed" gateway state — the amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank within five to seven business days; contact support with transaction ID if reversal is delayed beyond ten business days. We do not charge convenience fees unless explicitly disclosed at checkout for specific payment methods.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when orders are cancelled per our Cancellation Policy, quality claims are approved under our Returns Policy, or duplicate/erroneous charges are verified. Refund timelines: UPI and wallets often within three to five business days; cards within seven to ten business days depending on issuing bank; net banking similar to card timelines. Corporate bank transfer refunds require verified bank details and may take five to seven business days. Refunds include GST where the underlying supply is cancelled or adjusted; credit notes accompany B2B refunds. Partial refunds apply to partial cancellations or partial claim settlements. Refunds cannot be redirected to different payment instruments except where original method is closed and alternative verification is completed.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback) before contacting PixerPrint, we respond to the payment processor with order records, proof approvals, delivery confirmations, and support correspondence. Unjustified chargebacks on delivered conforming orders may result in account suspension and recovery of chargeback fees where permitted. We strongly encourage contacting support first — most payment concerns resolve faster through our refund and claims processes than through bank disputes. Legitimate fraud chargebacks are supported with our cooperation. Chargeback decisions by issuing banks are outside PixerPrint's direct control once filed.
Corporate and purchase order payments
Approved corporate accounts may pay on agreed credit terms — typically net fifteen or net thirty days from invoice date — subject to credit limits and signed agreements. PO numbers are captured on orders and invoices when provided. Late payments may incur interest or account suspension per contract terms. New corporate applicants undergo credit assessment; not all applicants qualify for credit terms. Bank transfer payments must include order reference in remittance notes to enable reconciliation. Orders do not enter production on PO alone until account approval and workflow requirements are met — usually proof approval plus credit clearance or deposit as agreed.
Promotional codes and discounts
Coupon codes, volume discounts, and promotional offers apply at checkout when valid codes are entered and eligibility conditions are met. One promotional code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes may exclude certain products, have minimum order values, or expire on specified dates. Discounts reduce taxable value before GST calculation unless structured otherwise and disclosed. Abuse of promotions — multiple accounts, code sharing against terms, or automated exploitation — may result in order cancellation and refund minus production costs if production began.
Currency and international payments
Standard PixerPrint checkout is INR-only for deliveries within India. Export or international corporate arrangements billed in foreign currency require separate written agreement, FEMA compliance, and export documentation. Domestic customers should not attempt foreign currency payment on standard checkout. Currency conversion charges by your bank for international cards used on INR transactions are between you and your issuer.
Tax and invoicing
Payment amounts include applicable GST as shown at checkout. Tax invoices are generated upon order completion per our GST and Invoicing Policy. Input tax credit eligibility depends on valid GSTIN and your compliance status — not on payment method. Payment timing does not alter time of supply for GST purposes; invoice date follows supply rules described in our GST policy.
Payment data and privacy
Transaction metadata — order ID, amount, payment status, last four digits of card if applicable, gateway reference IDs — is processed per our Privacy Policy for order fulfilment, fraud prevention, refund processing, and legal record-keeping. We share necessary payment data with gateway partners, banks, and auditors under contractual safeguards. We do not sell payment information. Retention follows GST and income tax record-keeping requirements.
Fraud prevention
We monitor transactions for fraud indicators including velocity checks, address verification, and gateway risk scores. High-risk orders may be held for manual review; we contact you to verify identity before production. Orders associated with fraudulent payment instruments are cancelled and reported to authorities where required. Customers must not use stolen cards, unauthorised accounts, or deceptive GSTIN details. Fraudulent activity results in permanent account termination and cooperation with law enforcement.
Recurring and saved payment methods
Where we offer saved cards or wallet tokens for returning customers, tokenisation is managed by our PCI-compliant gateway — PixerPrint stores tokens, not raw card data. You may remove saved methods from account settings. Saved methods are charged only when you authorise payment for an order. We do not implement unsolicited recurring billing for custom print; each order requires explicit checkout confirmation unless a separate subscription programme with clear consent is offered in future.
Third-party payment processors
Payment processing is performed by regulated third-party gateways and banks. Their terms and privacy policies apply to payment instrument handling on their interfaces. PixerPrint is not responsible for gateway outages, bank maintenance windows, or issuer-side declines beyond our reasonable efforts to provide alternative methods. Gateway partner changes may occur with notice on this policy page.
EMI and pay-later options
Where EMI, cardless EMI, or buy-now-pay-later options are offered at checkout through gateway partners, additional terms of the financing provider apply including interest rates, tenure, eligibility, and late payment charges. PixerPrint receives payment from the financing partner upon successful transaction authorisation; your repayment obligation is to the financier, not PixerPrint. EMI availability depends on order value, issuer participation, and real-time eligibility checks. Disputes about EMI billing should be directed to the financing provider; we assist with order documentation where helpful.
Partial payments and deposits
Standard checkout requires full payment. Large B2B projects, custom tooling, or event programmes may be structured with deposits and milestone payments under written quotation. Deposit terms — percentage, due date, forfeiture on cancellation — are stated in the quote document. Deposits for commenced custom work may be non-refundable per Cancellation Policy. Online checkout does not support arbitrary partial payment unless a payment link for the agreed balance is issued by our team.
Payment links and manual invoices
Support or sales staff may issue secure payment links for balance payments, revised quotes, or corporate orders outside standard checkout. Payment links are single-use or time-limited and tied to specific order references. Do not pay links received from unverified email addresses — confirm link authenticity by contacting hello@pixerprint.com if uncertain. Manual invoices for bank transfer include our bank details printed on the tax invoice or quote; verify account details match our official records before transferring.
Payment-related grievances
Unresolved payment issues — undelivered refunds after thirty days, suspected unauthorised charges, reconciliation errors — may be escalated through our Grievance Redressal Mechanism at hello@pixerprint.com with subject "Payment Grievance" and transaction references. We coordinate with finance and gateway partners to investigate. See our Grievance Redressal policy for timelines and escalation rights.
Disclaimer
This Payment Policy is provided for customer information and does not constitute financial or legal advice. Payment processing is subject to bank, RBI, and network rules that may change without notice. PixerPrint endeavours to maintain accurate information but is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure beyond our reasonable control.
Updates
We may update this Payment Policy when we add payment methods, change gateway partners, or respond to regulatory requirements. Material changes are published here with an updated date. Continued use of checkout after changes constitutes acceptance.
Contact
Payment enquiries: hello@pixerprint.com with subject "Payment" and your order number or transaction reference. Refund status: include original payment date and method. Corporate billing: subject "Corporate Billing". We respond within one business day for payment support during operating hours.
Order value limits and high-value orders
Very large order values may require additional payment verification or bank transfer instead of card/UPI for risk management. We notify you at checkout or through your account manager if alternative payment arrangements apply. High-value corporate orders may use milestone billing as described in written quotations. Payment verification may include callback confirmation to the registered mobile number before production begins on flagged transactions.
Our payment commitment
PixerPrint processes thousands of transactions for custom print orders across India. We invest in secure gateways, clear checkout presentation, and responsive refund handling because payment trust is foundational to e-commerce. If you ever feel uncertain about a charge or refund, contact us before disputing with your bank — we resolve most payment concerns directly, quickly, and with full documentation for your records.
